Cape Coral Retreat

This project was a comprehensive renovation of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residential property in Cape Coral, FL, with the aim of transforming it into a modern and inviting space suitable for Airbnb rental. 

The client purchased the property while living in Michigan, and trusted myself in collaboration with the General Contractor (Ashwood Construction) to conduct the design and renovation, targeted to be completed within an ambitious timeframe.
